Privacy Policy

Last updated

This Privacy Policy explains what information Trust Life of Texas collects when you ask to review life insurance options, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you complete the coverage check, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and your answers about coverage interest and service background — along with basic technical data (for example, referring page and general device information).

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request and to connect you with a licensed insurance representative who can review life insurance options that may be available to you. We may share your information with licensed insurance agencies, agents, or carriers for this purpose.

Text messages (SMS)

Trust Life of Texas is operated by NMC Media LLC. We offer two separate text message programs, and each requires its own opt-in through an unchecked checkbox on our form. Both are optional: neither is required to use this site, to receive a call or email, or to make any purchase.

Verification codes and request updates: a one-time code to verify your phone number, and updates about your request.

Marketing messages: marketing text messages about insurance options, which may be sent by automated technology.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of further contact, by emailing support@getlocalamp.com.
